Our interior design team have ensured that the spacious bedrooms are well equipped. Furnishings include selected seating for comfort and specially commissioned bed which have an added feature of micro stimulating system to assist in the care of the resident; these are dressed with high quality bedding and furnishings. The reassurance of the Nurse Call facility, a private Telephone line and flat screen Televisions contribute to a very high standard which is both homely and professional.

Residents are encouraged to bring small items of furniture, pictures, photographs and ornaments to personalise their rooms.

Thomond Lodge Nursing Home communal areas includes  a large Sitting Room, an Oratory, a Library, an Internet Cafe within the activtation suite.A truly modern hairdressing salon and a seperate visitors room is available to meet with relatives and friends in comfort. All of these rooms  are  designed  and furnished to highest standard  to provide residents with both comfort, and space.

Hydrotherapy bath has been commissioned for residents use.

Thomond Lodge Nursing Home, is sorrounded by the specially designed Gardens which include, sensory gardens, manicured lawns, seating  and specially laid walkways which are safe and secure. Each resident can access the gardens  at their leisure with their own personal  swipe cards.
